• a. Total Marks: 100
• b. 75% will be allocated for aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in qualifying examination or any other equivalent qualification.
• c. Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite Qualification as mentioned in the pass certificate. Weightage will be reckoned up date of notification as per Govt. Memo No.4274/D1/2013, HM&FW (D1) Dept., Dt.10.07.2014.
• d. Weightage up to 15% will be given to the candidates working on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis including COVID-19 service as shown below subject to their Satisfactory service certified by the competent authority, as per GO Ms No. 211, HM& FW (B2) Dept., Dt: 08.05.2021, GO Rt No.573 HM&FW (B2) dept. Dt.01.11.2021 and GO Rt No.07 HM&FW (B2) dept. Dt.06.01.2022. Govt.Memo.no. 3740784/B2/2020 of HM&FW (B2) Dept., dt.14.02.2022, Circular No.03/CHFW/2022, of CHFW, AP, dated.11.02.2022. If any individual worked for less than 6 months for covid, the weightage shall be 0.8 marks per completed month.
• (i) @ 2.5 marks per six months in Tribal Area
• (ii) @ 2.0 marks per six months in Rural Area
• (iii) @ 1.0 marks per six months in urban areas

AP Staff Nurses Recruitment 2023 required Documents

• a. SSC or its equivalent (for date of birth).
• b. Pass certificates of qualifications prescribed for the post concerned.
• c. Proof of appearance for the qualifying examination whereever applicable.
• d. Marks memos of all years of qualifying examination or its equivalent. In the absence of marks memos, marks will be calculated as per rules in force.
• e. Valid certificate of registration in A.P.N.M.C / any other council constituted under the relevant rules for specific courses where ever applicable.
• f. Study Certificates from class IV to X from the school where the candidate studied. In case of private study local candidature certificate for that particular 7 years period preceding to the year of passing X class from competent authority in Form Appendix I certificate of residence prescribed vide Sub clause
• (ii) of clause (a) of para 7 of the Presidential Order (proforma is herewith enclosed). Candidates migratedf rom Telangana shall submit certificate of Local candidature as per GO No 132 & 133 dt: 13.06.2017. In the absence of the suitable certificate, the candidate will be considered as non local and further action will be as per rules in force.
• g. Copy of valid caste certificate. In case of non submission of valid caste certificate, the candidate will be considered as OC.
• h. Latest EWS (Economically weaker sections) certificate issued by the competent authority in case of the EWS categories.
• i. Certificate of disability issued in SADAREM.
• j. Service certificate from the controlling officer concerned (DM&HO/DCHS/ Principals of GMCs / Superintendent of GGH/ Any competent authority who appointed the applicant) for claiming weightage for Contract/outsourcing/honorary service, in the absence of which the candidate will not be given service weightage (proforma is herewith enclosed).
• k. Any other certificates as relevant and applicable.

Certificates required for AP DPHFW Recruitment 2023

• SSC or its equivalent (for date of birth).
• Pass certificates of qualifications prescribed for the post concerned.
• Proof of appearance for the qualifying examination wherever applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

• The nationality of the candidate should be Indian.
• The applicant should belong to the Andhra Pradesh state and should meet local / non-local status requirements.
• The candidate should have cleared BSc Nursing/ GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
• Minimum Age Limit 18-Years
• Maximum Age Limit 40-Years

Age Relaxation:

• SC / ST- 5 years
• OBC- 5 years
• PWD- 10 years

AP Staff Nurse Application Process

Andhra Pradesh Commissionerate of Health & Family Welfare will release the application forms at the official website of www.cfw.ap.nic.in. Candidates are suggested to apply offline /online a few days before the application process closes. Candidates should not wait for the last date of submission of the online application form and apply for the same in advance. They must also pay the application fees as asked in the application form. They should also download the user guide of the online application process and read it carefully to confirm the eligibility criteria and other requirements for application submission. Also, they shall take a hard copy of the application and secure it for future purposes.

All the details of the application and other information are available on the official portal i.e. www.cfw.ap.nic.in and can be downloaded from there only. The application must be submitted to the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Opp. Bullaiah College, Resapuvanipalem, Visakhapatnam OR District Headquarters Hospital Compound/ Regional Director of Medical and Health Services/ Rajamahendravaram OR Regional Director of Medical and Health Services Janda Chettu Street, Near Aswani Hospital, Guntur.

Selection Process

Commissionerate of Health & Family Welfare, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, will nominate the applicants on the basis of their names in the merit list. 90% marks will be allotted for merit in academic qualifications and 10% marks will be given for age. For more details, candidates need to check the official notification of AP CFW.

Result announcement of AP Staff Nurse will be issued by the exam organizing authority in online mode at their official web portal. After receiving the application forms, CFW will prepare the merit list on the basis of the candidate’s academic qualification, age, and service and the same will be hosted on the official website only. A combined merit list along with the category-wise merit list will be made and published for all the participants in the said examination. The result will hold the candidate’s name, parents/ guardian name, caste, category, date of birth, address, marks scored in the exam, paper name, and other details. All the participants can simply log in with their credentials like registration id and password to get their results.

Application Fee: Candidates shall pay Rs.500/- ( Rupees five hundred only)in Crossed demand draft along with the application. However SC., ST., PH and BC candidates are exempted from the payment office.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Intermediate and General Nursing and Midwifery / B.Sc., (Nursing), and permanently registered in A.P. Nursing And Midwives Council under Nursing Council of India are eligible to apply for the Staff Nurses post

Method of Selection: (a). Total Marks – 100; (b). 75% marks will be allocated against marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e., Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination. (c). Weightage up to 15% marks will be given to the Staff Nurses working on a contract basis with the conditions shown at “B”.

(d). Up to 10% marks @1 mark per each completed year after acquiring the requisite qualification. (e). They should have a minimum of six months of continuous service as Contract Staff nurses are eligible for weightage. They should have put in satisfactory service. The candidate will not be given any weightage if any adverse remarks are passed.

B. Particulars of weightage: a. @2.5 marks per six months in Tribal Area. b. @ 2.0 Marks per six months in Rural Area. c. @1.0 mark per six months in Urban Area.

Rule of Reservation : Rule of Reservations will apply as per A.P. State Government Rules in force. 70% of posts are reserved for local candidates. The scale of Pay: Rs.25140 – 73270 (RPS 2015) with usual allowances applicable from time to time

5. SSC or equivalent certificate ( for Date of Birth ) 6. Study Certificates from class IV to X Class from the School where the candidate studied 7. If SSC or its equivalent did by private study, without attending any school, residence certificate from Tahasildar for the previous 7 years. (in the prescribed proforma.) 8. In the absence of the above certificate, the candidate will be considered as Nonlocal.

9. Copy of the latest caste certificate in case of SC/ ST / BC ( with categorization if any) Issued by Tahasildar concerned. 10. In the absence of proper certificates, the candidate will be considered as OC only. 11. Copy of the latest Physical Handicapped certificate issued by the Medical Board. (Southern) if applicable.

12. Crossed demand draft for Rs.200/- drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “To the Chairman, Hospital Development Society” concerned Government General Hospitals. 13. One self-addressed cover size 12X26 cm with postal stamps for the worth of Rs.35 and self-addressed postcard 14. The application submitted without the required certificate and incomplete applications will be rejected summarily.

The Superintendents concerned hospitals are requested to give appointment orders to the individuals who are selected as per merit by the selection committee. The Superintendents of the concerned Hospitals are requested to approach the Collector & District Magistrate and cooperate with the Collector and recruit the Staff Nurses on a contract basis as per the guidelines issued.

Astrakhan Oblast - Overview

Astrakhan Oblast is a federal subject of Russia, part of the Southern Federal District, situated in the Caspian Lowlands where the Volga River flows into the Caspian Sea. Astrakhan is the capital city of the region.

The population of Astrakhan Oblast is about 989,400 (2022), the area - 49,024 sq. km.

History of Astrakhan Oblast

In ancient times, the territory of the Astrakhan region was crossed by trade routes of the Persians and the Arabs. In the 8th-10th centuries, the territory belonged to the Khazar Khanate. There is a hypothesis that Itil, the capital of the Khazar Khanate, was located on this territory. It was destroyed by Prince Svyatoslav in 965.

Later, Polovtsy settled on this land. In the first half of the 13th century, the Mongol-Tatars came to the area. After them, Tatars of the Astrakhan Khanate and Kazakhs became the main population of the region.

In 1556, during the reign of Ivan the Terrible, the Astrakhan Khanate was annexed to the Russian state and ceased to exist. Astrakhan krai became the southeastern military outpost of Russia. In particular, in 1569, the Turks unsuccessfully besieged the fortress of Astrakhan.

In the 17th century, trade, fishing and salt industries developed in the region. In the middle of the 17th century, the uprising of Stepan Razin took place on the territory of Astrakhan region. In 1722, near the mouth of the Kutum River, a shipyard called the Astrakhan Admiralty was built. In the 1730s-1740s, the processing of silk and cotton began here.

Astrakhan Oblast was created in 1943. The region gained its current borders in 1957.

Astrakhan Oblast is located in the south-east of the East European Plain within the Caspian Lowlands. It is an area of deserts and semi-deserts. Astrakhan oblast borders on the Volgograd region in the north, the Republic of Kalmykia in the west and Kazakhstan in the east.

It is located on the border between Europe and Asia, the Volga River gives access to five seas. The main cities of the region are Astrakhan (518,700), Akhtubinsk (35,500), Znamensk (25,700), Harabali (17,100).

The climate of Astrakhan Oblast is continental, dry. Winters are with little snow, frequent thaws and unstable snow cover; summers are hot. January is the coldest month, the average temperature is minus 10-20 degrees Celsius. July is the hottest month - the average temperature is plus 35-45 degrees Celsius.

According to the 2010 census, the ethnic composition of the local population is the following: Russians (67.6%), Kazakhs (16.3%) and Tatars (6.6%). Orthodox Christianity is the main religion. However, Muslims also make up a significant group of the population (more than 20%). Historically, this province was a place where Kazakhs and Tatars settled. The largest Kazakh community in Russia lives in the Astrakhan region.

Astrakhan Oblast - Economy

Natural resources of the region include natural gas, oil, salt, gypsum.

The industrial complex of Astrakhan, the economic center of the region, includes shipbuilding, pulp and paper industry, fish processing industry. The leading industries are fuel industry, mechanical engineering, power engineering, food industry. Astrakhan gas condensate field, the largest in the European part of Russia, is located in the area. Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant produces gas for cars, diesel and boiler fuel.

Agricultural lands make up more than 3.4 million hectares - the cultivation of tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, cucumbers, carrots, beets, onions, cabbage, watermelons. Rice is traditionally grown along the Volga. The leading branch of livestock is sheep breeding.

The region stretches for over 400 km in the form of a narrow stripe on both sides of the Volga-Akhtubinsk flood-lands. Flooded for a long time, the territory of the delta serves as spawning-ground for such fish as sturgeon, stellate sturgeon, white sturgeon and others.

Astrakhan Region

The Astrakhan Region is situated in the south of Russia where the River Volga drains into the Caspian Sea forming one of the largest river deltas in Europe.  It is also though a  land of both deserts and semi-deserts. Historically this area was the location of Sarai-Batu - the original capital of the Golden Horde.  The administrative centre is the city of Astrakhan, which arose as a Golden Horde trading point and was annexed into Russia by Ivan the Terrible in the mid-16th century.  Today the city is famous for its white kremlin - the most southern  kremlin in the whole of Russia.

The best time to visit the Astrakhan Region is in July and August when the lotuses blossom on the Volga Delta and the famous Astrakhan watermelons are harvested.  The region is also associated with the black caviar from the Caspian Sea.
